Community Legal Centres Association of WA (CLCAWA) known as Community Legal WA is the peak organisation representing all the current community legal centres operating in Western Australia. It is committed to the principles of human rights, social justice and equity, including the rights of Western Australians to equity in access to legal services.
Community Legal WA is run by its members for the benefit of all members of the community.
The Association conducts its business via General Meetings of members, an Executive Committee elected by the membership and various sub committees and working parties. The Association is resourced by a Secretariat office currently located in East Perth. The Association is part of a national network of community legal centres previously known as the National Association of Community Legal Centres (NACLC) and now branded as Community Legal Centres Australia.

We recognise their continuing connections to land, sea and community. We pay our respects to Elders past and present; and extend our respect to all Aboriginal communities of today.
